A terrifying outbreak of red thread worms has turned the peaceful town of Sebring into a living nightmare. These parasites breed inside the human body and erupt violently when exposed to sunlight. As the military seals off the town, the corrupt Mayor Joshua creates an evil cult, claiming the infection is a “sacred evolution” while cutting off all contact with the outside world.
