In this epic episode of Supernatural, Famine wreaks havoc, feeding on human desires while Sam battles his craving for demon blood. Castiel succumbs to Famine’s power, but Sam unleashes his abilities to defeat the Horseman’s demons. Meanwhile, Crowley offers the brothers The Colt to kill Lucifer, leading them to a small town where Lucifer’s true plan is revealed: summoning Death. Ellen and Jo make the ultimate sacrifice to save the brothers. In a final confrontation, Dean’s shot at Lucifer fails, and the apocalypse continues as Death is unleashed upon the world.
