Nikki is captured by an underground torture club during a Vegas bachelor party and becomes the target of a uniquely horrifying ordeal. Strapped to a table and doused in honey, she is helpless as a sadistic client pours a swarm of cockroaches onto her body. The insects crawl into her mouth and burrow inside her, devouring her alive from within as she screams in agony.
